Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPDYE16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,814 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYE16-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Sperm motility, and Negative regulation of translational initiation. Each is linked with SPDYE16 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE16-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE16 results are reported.
