Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPDYE10P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SPDYE10P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher SPDYE10P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPDYE10P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and STAD show a favorable association.
CHOL, CESC, and READ are the cancer types where SPDYE10P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
