Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPDYE10P RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 3 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of SPDYE10P’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where SPDYE10P RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types SPDYE10P is over-expressed in tumor.
LUSC, COAD, and KIRC are the cancer types where SPDYE10P tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
