Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPDYE1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPDYE1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher SPDYE1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPDYE1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PAAD, KIRC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SPDYE1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
