SPDYE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,336 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT5H, ADNP, and DHX9. Each is linked with SPDYE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE1-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDYE1 versus SUPT5H in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
