Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,755 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPDYE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACOT9, FST, and ADAMTS1. Each is linked with SPDYE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYE1-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDYE1 versus ACOT9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
