SPDYA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYA RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,296 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GOLGA6L9, CFAP44, and TRA2A. Each is linked with SPDYA in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYA-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDYA versus GOLGA6L9 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
