SPDYA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDYA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 999 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-715P, OR5L2, and RNU6-1286P. Each is linked with SPDYA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYA-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-715P grouped by SPDYA-low versus SPDYA-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
