SPDYA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPDYA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDYA-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QL2, OR10P1, and RDH8. Each is linked with SPDYA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDYA-to-partner and partner-to-SPDYA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QL2 grouped by SPDYA-low versus SPDYA-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDYA→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDYA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
