Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,100 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPDL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2, POLD1, and SMC2. Each is linked with SPDL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDL1-to-partner and partner-to-SPDL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPDL1 versus MCM2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
