SPDL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are P3R3URF-PIK3R3, UBE2L3, and RPL17P14. Each is linked with SPDL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDL1-to-partner and partner-to-SPDL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P3R3URF-PIK3R3 grouped by SPDL1-low versus SPDL1-high in GBM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
