SPDEF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPDEF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 258 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPDEF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548X2, HSPA1B, and MIR4692. Each is linked with SPDEF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPDEF-to-partner and partner-to-SPDEF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548X2 grouped by SPDEF-low versus SPDEF-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPDEF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPDEF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
