SPCS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPCS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 193 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPCS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXADR, HELQ, and DNAJB14. Each is linked with SPCS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPCS3-to-partner and partner-to-SPCS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CXADR grouped by SPCS3-low versus SPCS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPCS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPCS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
