SPCS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPCS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 511 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPCS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATF4P1, MIR4646, and OR1X1P. Each is linked with SPCS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPCS2-to-partner and partner-to-SPCS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATF4P1 grouped by SPCS2-low versus SPCS2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPCS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPCS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
