Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SPC25 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SPC25 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SPC25 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPC25 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where SPC25 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
