SPC25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPC25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,766 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPC25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM2_S41, RFC1_T506, and RPL12_S38. Each is linked with SPC25 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPC25-to-partner and partner-to-SPC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPC25 versus MCM2_S41 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
