SPC25

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPC25 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,886 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPC25-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, GINS1, and CENPI. Each is linked with SPC25 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPC25-to-partner and partner-to-SPC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPC25 versus CDKN3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
