SPC25

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPC25 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPC25-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT4B, RNA5SP411, and IGHV4-4. Each is linked with SPC25 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPC25-to-partner and partner-to-SPC25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUDT4B grouped by SPC25-low versus SPC25-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPC25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPC25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
