Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPC25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,983 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPC25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, Spindle organization, and Mitotic spindle organization. Each is linked with SPC25 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPC25-to-partner and partner-to-SPC25 results are reported.
