SPATS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,435 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX23, EPS8L2, and ZNF428. Each is linked with SPATS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATS2-to-partner and partner-to-SPATS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATS2 versus DDX23 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
