SPATS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,704 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-189P, TADA2A, and RN7SL783P. Each is linked with SPATS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATS1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-189P grouped by SPATS1-low versus SPATS1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
