SPATS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VHL, EGFR_pY1068, and Ku80. Each is linked with SPATS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATS1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VHL grouped by SPATS1-low versus SPATS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
