SPATA9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR153-1, SNORA84, and IRF2-DT. Each is linked with SPATA9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA9-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR153-1 grouped by SPATA9-low versus SPATA9-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
