Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,461 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP286, ZMAT1, and RPL32P22. Each is linked with SPATA7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA7-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP286 grouped by SPATA7-low versus SPATA7-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
