Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-8, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with SPATA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA7-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA7 results are reported.
