Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,822 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle coating, Vesicle budding from membrane, and Protein localization to non-motile cilium. Each is linked with SPATA7 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA7-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA7 results are reported.
