The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher SPATA6L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPATA6L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, BRCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where SPATA6L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
