Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA6L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,261 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are PROCR, MXRA5, and ERCC2. Each is linked with SPATA6L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA6L-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA6L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA6L versus PROCR in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
