SPATA6L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA6L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA6L-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACC1, Di-Ras3, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SPATA6L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA6L-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA6L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACC1 grouped by SPATA6L-low versus SPATA6L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA6L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA6L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
