Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA6L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,242 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA6L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Autophagosome membrane docking. Each is linked with SPATA6L in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA6L-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA6L results are reported.
