SPATA46

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA46 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA46-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6857, GOT2, and RNU4-65P. Each is linked with SPATA46 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA46-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA46 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6857 grouped by SPATA46-low versus SPATA46-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA46→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA46) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
