Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,311 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP17, OR5BC1P, and TSPY12P. Each is linked with SPATA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA4-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP17 grouped by SPATA4-low versus SPATA4-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
