The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SPATA31D5P Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SPATA31D5P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
KIRC, OV, and UCEC are the cancer types where SPATA31D5P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
