SPATA25

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,408 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA25-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCIF1, ADNP, and RNPC3_S108. Each is linked with SPATA25 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA25-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA25 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA25 versus PCIF1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA25→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA25) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
