Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA25 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,063 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA25-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with SPATA25 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA25-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA25 results are reported.
