SPATA24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 155 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA24-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTH1P14, NPM1P10, and TOMM22P3. Each is linked with SPATA24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA24-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTH1P14 grouped by SPATA24-low versus SPATA24-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA24→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
