SPATA24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA24 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA24-associated genes across cancer lineages are naive B-cells, CD8+ naive T-cells, and Endothelial cells. Each is linked with SPATA24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA24-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, naive B-cells grouped by SPATA24-low versus SPATA24-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA24→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
