The most reproducible SPATA24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Transcription preinitiation complex assembly, and Intraciliary transport involved in cilium assembly. Each is linked with SPATA24 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA24-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA24 results are reported.
