Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,643 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PUM3, TRIM59, and SLC25A22. Each is linked with SPATA2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA2-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA2 results are reported.
