SPATA18

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA18 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,524 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA18-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPATA18_S276, TOP2A_S1247, and RRP36_S73. Each is linked with SPATA18 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA18-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA18 versus SPATA18_S276 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.90.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA18→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
