SPATA17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,828 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA17-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LZTFL1, CFAP36, and WDR19. Each is linked with SPATA17 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA17-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA17 versus LZTFL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
