Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA17 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,410 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA17-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCHR2, RNU6-1320P, and RNA5SP436. Each is linked with SPATA17 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA17-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA17 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCHR2 grouped by SPATA17-low versus SPATA17-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
