SPATA17

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA17 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA17-associated genes across cancer lineages are Akt_pT308, EGFR_pY1068, and GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9. Each is linked with SPATA17 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA17-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Akt_pT308 grouped by SPATA17-low versus SPATA17-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA17→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
