SPATA13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,995 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, PPP1R12C, and CRYL1. Each is linked with SPATA13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA13-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA13 versus RPL5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
