Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA13 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,918 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHO2, ARPC5, and DOK1. Each is linked with SPATA13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA13-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA13 versus PLEKHO2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
