Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,964 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02222, RNU6-446P, and TLE6. Each is linked with SPATA13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA13-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02222 grouped by SPATA13-low versus SPATA13-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
