SPATA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,718 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPL11, MRPL46, and AARS1. Each is linked with SPATA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SPATA1 versus MRPL11 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
