SPATA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 119 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01138, RNA5SP414, and IGKV1D-13. Each is linked with SPATA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01138 grouped by SPATA1-low versus SPATA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
