Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SPATA1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SPATA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, PI3K-p85, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with SPATA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by SPATA1-low versus SPATA1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SPATA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SPATA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
