Across TCGA cell cohorts, SPATA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,360 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SPATA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sperm motility, Flagellated sperm motility, and Target-directed miRNA degradation. Each is linked with SPATA1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SPATA1-to-partner and partner-to-SPATA1 results are reported.
